1. Service Description

CrossMarket Compare helps users compare product searches across supported marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The service may display product names, prices, ratings, images, platform labels, and links to marketplace pages or affiliate links.

2. No Marketplace Affiliation

CrossMarket Compare is an independent tool. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or their affiliates. Marketplace names, logos, trademarks, and product information belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you use CrossMarket Compare on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

4. Product Information

Product information may be provided by third-party marketplaces, affiliate networks, product feeds, APIs, or marketplace search links. We try to display useful information, but we do not guarantee that product names, prices, availability, shipping fees, ratings, promotions, or images are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Always confirm the final price, shipping cost, availability, return policy, and seller details on the marketplace before making a purchase.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links shown by CrossMarket Compare may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate tracking does not change the final marketplace checkout terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use CrossMarket Compare for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• attempt to bypass marketplace, affiliate network, or API terms and restrictions;
• reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the service;
• submit false, unauthorized, or misleading affiliate or API credentials;
• use the service to collect sensitive information from other users; or
• use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

CrossMarket Compare may link to or interact with third-party marketplaces, affiliate networks, APIs, hosting providers, and other services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, checkout processes, seller conduct, delivery, refunds, warranties, or support.

8. API and Affiliate Credentials

If you configure your own API or affiliate credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and using them only according to the applicable platform rules. API secrets should be stored on the backend and should not be embedded in a browser extension or public client-side code.

9. Intellectual Property

CrossMarket Compare, including its design, software, text, and original content, is owned by Nehvolution or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the service according to these Terms.

10. Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue CrossMarket Compare at any time. We may also change features, supported platforms, APIs, affiliate integrations, or pricing display behavior as marketplace rules and technical requirements change.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrossMarket Compare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, current, or free of errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nehvolution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost commissions, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of CrossMarket Compare.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nehvolution from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of CrossMarket Compare, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party terms, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CrossMarket Compare if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service in a way that may violate marketplace, API, affiliate, or legal requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
